Got home today from a two-day stay at the Holiday Inn Indianapolis Downtown. Our room was a 2 queen standard room, and it was very clean and spacious, perfect for the four of us. I called ahead to ask a few questions and advise we would arrive after midnight, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a variety of items, and the staff in the breakfast area was hustling to keep the food refreshed the tables cleaned. We were in town for an event at Lucas Oil Stadium, and not only was the stadium a quick walk from the hotel, but we were surprised with a great view of the stadium from our room. Great stay---would definitely return.

There was a young lady who was dealing with a leg injury, I can't for. The life of me remember her name, but she was the absolute sweetest human I've ever met. She took care of me efficiently and quickly and we even had a conversation about how my and her son's birthdays were close to each other. Everything was top notch.

I thought breakfast was included in my accommodation but I found out it cost me $9.50 extra. Room was clean and I liked the idea that it is close to the Convention Center. Housekeeper on my floor (5th) on Thursday was a little loud while talking on the phone. Not a good impression.

Expedia botched the reservation placing me at a room for people with special needs across from the elevators. Large noisy group of teenagers on my floor partying through the night. Indifferent and lazy hotel staff. Horrid breakfast and location of the hotel. Possibly the worst stay I had in a while.
