Hard pass on hotel…but good food attached

Food & people at the bar & grill were great, though oven was broken…as was the hot tub and our room key card reader. The concierge who was there most of the time we were there was very nice and helpful, but when we arrived the door to the hotel was locked and no one was at the desk for at least 15 minutes. (I found out they lock it in the evening because people gets too rowdy across the street so you have to use a back door in an alley behind the hotel to get in after hours) Another guest let me in eventually and I waited for someone to check us in, but the person who eventually showed up wasn’t clocked in so couldn’t help us and I waited some more. Then our key card wouldn’t work so we had to come down twice more to get new cards until someone came up with us and showed us how to finagle it to get it to work and said they’d send maintenance to replace it (never did). The upstairs hallway had no ac so was sweltering and our tub drain was 100% blocked and they never sent maintenance to fix it, I had to poke a hole through the hair clog to use the shower. The floors were also slimy and made our feet dirty. So yeah…lol, hard pass on staying here again. Location was decently close to all the arenas…but that meant you heard them all at night too.

Had problem that was addressed to management about nosey room at 1:30 am. Very disappointed with situation. Manager did handle appropriately! Looking to have a reimbursement done as we did not sleep well that night. Also, the spa/hot tub was closed which was very disappointing. We were looking to take advantage Saturday night.
