The staff was very helpful. The heater in the room was so noisy it was hard to sleep. The hotel was completely out of coffee for breakfast and the coffee maker in the room did not work.

The room was in good condition. However, I booked a king with double pull out sofa due to 3 people. We checked in to our room it was only a king. The desk person couldn't find a king w sofa so he switched it to 2 doubles. When we went back downstairs to advise him and see if he had what I booked, we stood at the desk for about 10 minutes before an employee came to check in area to change our room for us.

We had no issue with the stay except that we planned to get away and had down time that we wanted to enjoy swimming in the pool the site said it had. Lo and behold I received a text about 30 minutes prior to check in that the pool in being remodeled and is not operational. Did not make the family happy
