The lobby and breakfast area is under renovation. Breakfast food not the best, no microwave available to warm coffee, muffins, pastries. Staff was very professional and helpful. I feel we should have been told that renovation was in process when we made the reservation. We would have most likely booked elsewhere.

We had a great stay! This hotel was exactly what we needed. They were under renovation while we were there, but it didn't take away from the experience or cleanliness at all. The staff was great and we really enjoyed the breakfast! Great amenities.

The bathroom in the room was disgusting. I would recommend either replacing or bleaching the grout in the tub and around toilet. I understand they're renovating. but they should have just closed the hotel for a couple weeks instead of ruining fairfields good name and having people stay there. The pool was disgusting and the water looks like it was full of bacteria or have not been changed in years. Wallpaper pulling up everywhere in the fitness center, lobby area and hallways.. Laundry facilities were nice to have, but very dingy and outdated . They definitely should modernize those. The decor was outdated,and very bland and there were dead plants in the hotel corridors. Carpet and hallway was dingy and could have used vacuuming. There were holes in the ceiling in the lobby. I didn't even get to the bug we found in our room. If others in our party was not staying there, I definitely would have left. However I am optimistic that Fairfield will fix these issues with the renovations.

The hotel was under construction which was fine, we weren’t going to use the pool anyway. However, the room needed vacuuming, there was hair in the shower, some type of pill was on the floor and crumbs on the couch.

Definitely not the best Fairfield I have been at. No room service which was fine but I asked for clean towels. Came in after midnight and towels were not changed out. I had to go to the front desk where several others were getting towels as well. No hot water for morning shower and there were several others with the same issue. Shower knob and lock on door needed fixed. Garbage over flowing at the breakfast area. This hotel definitely needs to get it together
