Fell Short of a 5-Star Stay
The 2 bedrooms/2 baths were on different levels, offering plenty of privacy. There was ample gathering space in the living room and kitchen. The wand for the mini blinds was missing in the master bedroom, so we could not close them, and we were never provided with instructions on how to connect to the Wi-Fi. The check-in process was clearly explained, with the assistance of photos, but it was still time-consuming…go up to the unit to get the keys/fob, then go back down to your car to park in the parking garage, and then go back to the unit. To make matters worse, the unit is located on an upper floor, requiring two different elevators. The first elevator takes you up eight levels, the second elevator takes you up the remaining two levels. The second elevator was not working during our stay. We had to carry multiple pieces of luggage up and down two flights of stairs. Once we got to the correct floor, we still had to walk quite a bit to the unit, and there were another 6 stairs that we had to deal with. We were given 2 parking spaces that we could choose from. When we first checked in, we did not have a problem utilizing one of those spaces, but when we returned later at night from dinner, both of those spaces were occupied. After a few minutes of not receiving a response from the Host (we don’t blame them, it was after 11 PM, and they did eventually respond), we just parked in any spot and hoped for the best. If you choose this property, just be aware of the logistics.
