The hotel was full of dehumidifiers that were blowing constantly and made it so my work meetings couldn’t even communicate. I’m surprised They allowed people to stay in the hotel while they were doing these construction tasks. I want a refund.

Wow terrible Anniversary.

It was me and my wifes 10th Anniversary, the first room was terrible someone had smoked in room , the second room was not that great, Tv in bedroom didn't come on and shower ran all night .

Woke up to loud pounding early on Sunday morning that never stopped until we checked out. The night time worker named Brandon was rude and very unaccommodating to our party and other guests in the hotel. Brought it up to the front desk in person and over the phone, only to be hung up on while explaining the situation. First and last time stay at this location.

Housekeeping -room clean, but asked for coffee packets, two days. Room clean enough, So ok. Maintenace called to plunge/snake toilet. Staff did a good job, was polite and handled situation well. Shower design very poor twice our bathroom flooded

I LOVED the complimentary happy hour drinks and the complimentary breakfast. The spread was the biggest I have ever saw at a hotel. It was delicious as well. The elevators all ran smoothly, the staff were all attentive and helpful. Loved the bartender, she had great energy. I also appreciated the size of the televisions in the room. I work for USPS and always stay here and recommend here to my colleagues when in the area for training! The only negative I experienced was that normally the beds are more comfortable than this time.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis North is a very nice hotel for business travel and families. We enjoyed our suite, which was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good with many options. It is conveniently close to the highway, many dining options & public transit. The nearby bus stop runs all the way downtown. On the minus side, the property is showing some wear. There were boarded up windows and drywall damage in the pool room, industrial fans in every stairwell & our window had no screen. Overall we were very pleased with this stay and would visit again.
