Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, excellent breakfast - however, the entrance is at the back, you have to go up escalators to get to the lobby, very inconvenient if you have lots of luggage. If you order an uber they don't come to that entrance for some reason and expect you to get all your luggage down a steep ramp to be picked up!! They really don't explain it well at all. This was the only drawback with this location.

Excellent Weekend Stay

Perfect place to stay for events in the downtown area. The food was a great treat. The breakfast was outstanding and made up for the parking fees. The staff was super nice and hardworking. This hotel is also connected to several stores and restaurants in the downtown area so everything was easy to get to. The rooms are amazing and the pool/hot tub area was great. I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable hotel in downtown area. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Parking per night was a little steep but close by. Easy walk to Lucas Oil Stadium and the baseball field. Many dining/bar options right outside the hotel. Great value for the money, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Parking garage entrance was chaotic with a rude attendant who wouldn’t let folks unload because 2 cars were unattended and blocking both lanes of the loading zone. Embassy Suites’ response was that they don’t manage the parking garage. However, they could choose to have employees working the loading lanes during busy times to prevent unattended cars and backups like we experienced. Several other minor things that led to overall low rating: breakfast service area that’s way too small to accommodate a hotel at capacity; requested housekeeping service while we were out for the day from 10-3pm but they were a no show; bathroom layout that’s not user friendly from placement of TP holder to towel hook to the way the shower door opens; no privacy between bedroom, bathroom, and living room as all sliding doors with no way to securely close.

Very nice location. Friendly staff. Evening reception and breakfast were nice but not well stocked. Could use at least one receptacle in Suites for recycling.
