We have stayed here before and enjoyed it. On this visit however, we were put in a room with only a chair and no sofa bed as the reservation had stated there would be a sofa bed. So the room was smaller and it was a handicap shower which allowed water to get all over the floor since there was only a slight lip to keep the water contained. Otherwise, the staff was amazingly cordial and the bed was comfortable and the surroundings were quiet.

Stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is in a great location next to canal, museums, etc. The staff were incredible. Everyone was so friendly and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. They provided suggestions for dining and excursions. It’s really the staff that made the hotel stay so lovely.

I enjoyed my stay, the property was clean, great location, short walk to most places I went to during my stay. The staff was very friendly, most importantly Rylie (excuse me if I spelled that incorrectly). She was very friendly, always greeted us with a smile and had made time to chat with us for a bit, she made sure we had everything we needed during the stay.

Horrible experience

On the first night the room had no heat. Unpacking was already done, and had traveled almost four hours. They wanted to switch rooms, but was too tired for the nonsense. Switched rooms the next day, and was moved into a room whereby the television did not work. Ended up moving into another room. The stay was not pleasant, and I was not compensated properly by the hotel for my disappointment…
