The room was uneven from the entrance to the window, one went from side to side walking. The staff are very good, the breakfast the only i don’t like is every day have Sausages.

Have no complaints. Surprized that staff recognized me after being gone swveral hours. Staff was good and approachable. The decafe coffee was availble 24/ 7 really liked that but at breakast both days it was not hot. Little hotter today then yesterday still only luke warm.

We were given a King room on the third floor with no accessible railings in the bathroom. I reserved a King accessible room online through Expedia. The check in staff told me that they do not have King accessible rooms. He gave me a double queen accessible room on the first floor. Alos, you cannot come in using the side doors. You must come back in at the main entrance.
