Decent place, great service staff but room was so so. I was in a jacuzzi suite and when I got there, there was an old potato chip bag on the floor and a beer cap near the wall. Also there was a large hole in the wall next to the bed and several places where the wall paint is no longer there. The room room was okay but definitely not what I expected for a Wyndham suite room.

The hot tub was not working which was a big disappointment and one of the biggest reasons I booked at this place. There were dirty q-tips left on the floor in the bathroom which was kind of gross. But my biggest complaint was the tub was literally like a sheet of ice. I don't know what they used to clean it but they need bath masks because soon as I stepped into that tub I fell. They really should provide bath mats with the tubs being as slippery as they are.

My stay was for a week and we had to constantly go downstairs because the key wouldn't work to get in the room. One night there was a spider in the tub and I also noticed spider webs behind the bathroom door, in the top of the closet and at the top of the front door. There was also no light when you walk in the door. There was a light fixture on the wall and a light switch, but no light bulb. The staff was friendly though.
