Everything was clean but nearly everything worn out. No USB outlets in the room, or in the lobby, nor the “business center” except through the monitor. Printer out of order. I was given the key to a room which was occupied. Security risk! My wrong room # and my right one was announced loudly to the occupied lobby and I am a woman who was traveling alone. Major wear on carpets, furniture, dated or worn out everything. No where near the standard of Holiday Inn Express elsewhere, I would not stay there again.
