Our spacious second floor condo boasts modern and sleek furnishings throughout, providing a comfortable and stylish ambiance for your stay. The living room features a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV perfect for cozy nights in. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials to fulfill your cooking and entertaining needs. The first master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and personal balcony offering breathtaking views of the lush greenery of the resort style community. The second master bedroom also features a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, perfect for accommodating families or groups. The second bathroom also includes a shower and tub for added convenience. Take a walk to the pool, hot tub and gym which is just steps away from your front door. Spending a day at the beach is easy with Canova Beach public beach access just a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk away. You'll have a front row seat to catch a spectacular rocket launch from the beautiful beaches of the Space Coast.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.





PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
