I didn't know there was only one shuttle at 10am. When I checked out at noon, which was the check out time, that's when I new I missed the shuttle. I chose this hotel mostly for the shuttle. Knowing it is only limited service, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

For the price I paid it was more than I was expecting. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, very quiet room, hot shower with excellent water pressure and a very friendly check in experience. 3 blocks from train station although I had to ask directions as the hotel is not visible from the train station exit.

My room has everything i need, bed was a little bit hard but i still slept well. The receptionist is not helpful, he was using his personal phone and not helping guests, even though i rung the bell several times, he didn’t care

We only stayed at Incheon Airstay Hotel for one night because they ran a shuttle bus to take us to the airport the next morning. But there was so much more the hotel offered. Our room was huge compared to other stays in Korea. We were a short walk to the local park which made foravery relaxing afternoon. There are lots of places to get food and we had the best burgers ever at a local restaurant. Hotel staff were very helpful and we were at the airport the next morning with no fuss at all. When I am in South Korea again I will only be looking to book at the Hotel Airstay

Bed sheets were clean, but bathroom and room floors were not cleaned thoroughly. Rooms and bathrooms are very outdated. But if you are just looking for an inexpensive option to sleep and not a hotel to hangout at, this place is fine for the amount they charge.

Really nice welcome to us and accommodating an early check-in (but at a modest price). Please note this is subject to the rooms being cleaned and available. Accessible to the airport (about 15,000KW) and local shops and good restaurants. Worth the price and value.
