Shuttle information stated every 5 minutes but we arrived at the pickup area and waited 15 minutes but no shuttle. Called the hotel and was told it would run at 5:15. Had to take a taxi to the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Clean room and good service. My only real concern is that the Airport shuttle from Terminal 1 stops running too early. If you come in after 10PM, there is no shuttle. Taxis from Terminal 1 did not want to take me to the hotel.

Great place to stay for an early flight from Terminal 2 at ICN. The shuttle is easy to get to and on-time. Staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The only drawback we had was that there is no comfortable place to sit in the room, just the bed, a 12" high and diameter stool (great for a toddler), and an hard plastic desk chair. The bed is a comfortable sleep. Would stay here again.

The room had everything I needed for a comfortable one-night stay before a long flight. Although IBIS is considered a budget hotel, the space felt surprisingly cozy and offered more comfort and amenities than I expected.

If you need a place to stay before you fly out from or into Seoul it's a great night to stay. Not really meant for long term stays as there's nothing around except the airport. Free shuttle service to the airport and a clean room.
