I booked this hotel only because I needed to get to the airport very early the next morning and the hotel advertised its free airport shuttle service. Upon making reservation, I messaged the hotel to let them know that I would need shuttle to the airport when I check out in the morning. The hotel staff wrote me back and told me to request shuttle when I check in. However, when I checked into the hotel (Friday evening), the staff at the reception desk told me that no shuttle service would be available the next day because their driver takes Saturdays off! Such information was not available anywhere on the web or even on the sign outside the hotel proudly advertising their free shuttle service with the departure schedule. The hotel staff offered no apology for this inconvenience and casually told me to take taxi to the airport. Her attitude added insult to the injury. I decided not to waste my time arguing with someone lacking professionalism and empathy. I am writing this review as a warning to anyone who's considering this hotel. Please don't. There are plenty of hotels in this area that are cleaner, more comfortable, have more professional staff, and actual shuttle service to/from the airport. BTW, the bathroom was not cleaned properly and the lock on the bathroom door was broken. Overall, the room is mediocre at best. Please avoid Hotel Seattle. There are many hotels near Incheon International Airpot.

You get what you pay for.

Got there and the hallways stunk. Room thankfully didn’t have the smell. Ac was on but back of ac dripping in bathroom. One bed blanket was dirty had what I pray was a chocolate bar stain. I just pushed off the blanket and slept without any blanket as it was hot and I just didn’t want to deal with going back downstairs and trying to communicate, exhausted from flight. Bidet in toilet but it wasn’t even plugged in and there was no outlet so absolutely no reason to have a bidet and make me frustrated trying to figure out why at first it didn’t turn on. Free snacks downstairs in basement was nice and made me give it an ok rating.

This was farther from the airport than I thought but check in was extremely easy. Especially since I don’t speak Korean so I was happy with how easy it was. The bed in the room was the best part. But the a/c wasn’t working and it was so hot and muggy. So after being on a plane for 12 hours and then being outside in the heat I just wanted air conditioning. The shower is also just hanging out, as in I put my clothes on the floor by the toilet and they got soaked even though I didn’t think I was spraying water .

The main reason I selected this hotel was its location and also free airport shuttle service mentioned. When I asked the hotel where to wait for the shuttle, was notified that there is no airport pickup. Instead they provided detailed information about subway to the hotel. Next morning on the shuttle bus, I was told that it goes only terminal 1, not T2 I need to go. I had to take the airport shuttle from T1 to T2, which took more than 40 minutes including waiting time. They should have shown what service they really provide. Other than that I was happy with the facility.
