Spent only one night for a layover. Room (601) was cleaned and of good size, but there was a constant loud noise of some kind throughout the night (some mechanical or plumbing?). Perhaps a different room would be better.

Room condition is okay, but needs some cleaning. And staff needs to improve communication. There were 2 staffs, young one was so means not answering the questions. Old staff was good and tried to solve the issue. / I had a key issue that not even opening the room. I have changed the key three times but the key still did not work at all. And I was about to cancel the reservation. Finally the old staff helped me./

Just stayed overnight during transit. We received welcome tea coupons, water etc. Rooms were huge. For $140 we got 2 bedroom apartment with 4 beds. Great value! Breakfast coupons were provided but unfortunately we had to leave at 5am so missed the breakfast. There were convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel and seemed like a good location. Free shuttle to and from the airport was great. Thanks!

The shuttle box (pre-reserved) was already full when it arrived at the airport. They said another one would come in 15 minutes. It arrived 25 minutes later. When I got to check in, there was only one person checking people in (slowly) and when I tried to use the self-check in terminal, it would not accept my credit card.

Check in process is extremely slow. There is no shuttle bus between 17:00-19:00. Long wait if you arrive between that time. The coffee and tea bags are covered with dust

I had a layover and this is a great place to stay. This place is literally steps from a train station. They also provide a bus where the last pick up time is 10:35 pm but you need to book a day in advance. If you miss both the train and a bus due to the plane arriving late, you can also take a taxi at gate 4K. It is also steps away from restaurants and an Olive Young. Lotte Mart is also walkable from this hotel.
