At about 11:30 pm, almost midnight, while I was sleeping, firealarm started ringing, and announcing Fire! escape as soon as possible! All the guests were panic and came out of their rooms.. But a couple of minutes later, announcing again, fire sensor was mis-operated, no fire, so sorry about that. Everything was good except this. Of course, thanks for NO FIRE.

I had 5 bags and was asked to pay 15k won to get a ride back to the airport. Not really free shuttle or atleast have a disclaimer to inform your guests.

Easy transportation to and from Seoul and the Incheon airport. Shuttles start at 6 AM and are hourly, very convenient for most flights. Hotel was clean and close to dining options.

Had to take a taxi from ICN rather than the free shuttle, because it was not available between 6 and 9 pm. Front desk guy was gracious. Hotel definitely needs an overhaul. Nothing like the pics they portray. Bed was comfortable, however, I won't be returning.

Convenient hotel

It was really easy to get to from the airport. Check-in was really easy. It was nice to receive a welcome drink ticket as well. The breakfast selection was good. Because I had checked in so late, I understand that housekeeping was not on duty at the time (after 10PM) but I went down to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket and was not able to receive one. I was happy about the hotel room we stayed in overall.

The doors to the hotel to get in so you had to wait until someone came out to get in, and it was extremely cold. We also had to pay for a taxi to the airport even tho they said a shuttle is included for free.
