An excellent option for travelers who need to stay near the Incheon Airport. I didn't need to use the shuttle service since the hotel is next to the Unseo Station (Subway). To be honest, the room was better than expected and a lifesaver. I definitely recommend this hotel; the room has a kitchen and a laundry machine.

Hotel was good for 1 night stay. Location was good, lots of restaurants very close by and right next to train station. We had to wait an hour for shuttle and then it took 30 mins from terminal 2 to hotel. Return was quicker. Next time I would try getting train. Hotel is self check in kiosk. There were staff behind counter but they were unhelpful when we had an issue. Our name has an apostrophe, this does cause us issues at times. Could have been a language problem but he was not keen to help. Once we sorted the problem ourselves everything else was fine. We did get 2 vouchers for cafe drinks which we used next morning for coffee.

I love staying in the Golden Tulip Hotel for short stays for its closeness to the airport, convenience stores and nice neighborhood. The hotel staff is amazingly nice, the shuttle is always on time, rooms are quite and clean. I have stayed for a whole week here, it is very close to the train station and about an 1 hour from Seoul on train. It's far from the city, but in a quite slow paced area. Love it!
