Kind, professional service from staff members (most spoke great English, too) the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast, while on the expensive side, was a great start to our long day of travel and delicious. We had a fantastic stay, would definitely book again!

This hotel is very convenient to the air train to terminals 1 and 2 and downtown Seoul. It is super easy to just catch the train at the airport, get off at unseo station and walk across the street to the hotel. My flight was delayed an entire day and the orbitz staff contacted the hotel which kindly allowed me to change my reservation to arrive a day later than originally planned. I enjoyed walking in the park across the street and since it was my first visit to Korea I managed to see 7 new lifer birds in just a couple of hours. There was even a bird blind with built in binoculars. I had an early flight out and booked the shuttle which doesn’t run all that frequently but worked great. I could have just taken the train but the shuttle worked well. Polite staff fluent in English. I got takeout at the convenience store in the lobby for a light dinner and it was fine. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel which was very convenient at an excellent price. It was what I needed for a short trip as an extended layover.

Everything was good except for other guests
It was clean and comfortable. It was better than our usual stay there. The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway station and has access to many different places to eat at or shop. The complimentary coffee (or discount toward a different drink) is ideal. And we were happy to purchase a souvenir for my mother’s gift in the gift shop next to the new cafe. The shuttle bus and its drivers are kind, but a bit too kind as every time I have stayed there, we waited for late passengers who did not even check out and were unapologetically late or had the shuttle stuffed with passengers who did not even make a reservation. Could they or the hotel please do something to enforce the rules they set? It is uncomfortable to be squeezed into an overloaded shuttle with passengers who did not make reservations in advance. And 5 or more minutes makes a huge difference at the counter, security check, and gate…please do not allow one or two family members to hold back a shuttle for other members that are “coming soon”… all other guests made it a priority to check out at least 10 minutes before and wait in line for the shuttle. Others should do the same or catch the next shuttle or find alternative transportation as I once did. Or could the hotel please have someone make advance calls to those who reserved the shuttle and kindly remind/warn them? There should be no waiting…

A very ordinary hotel
For an airport hotel it was very far from the airport and the shuttle bus took us to the wrong terminal for an early flight, necessitating a mad dash by taxi to the correct terminal. And the terminals are REALLY far apart! The room was large but the bathroom was small and cramped, with bad lighting. Most disappointingly, we had been travelling all day and just wanted room service and a bath but there was no bath and no room service either because the hotel did not have a restaurant. I would rate this hotel 3 stars at most, not the 4 that is advertised.
