Not far from the city and the sea (just 1.8 km), Villa Lazzarini in Imperia offers 2 villas with 4 apartments nestled in greenery, away from the hustle and bustle, and with a splendid view of the city and the surrounding hills.
The Franco apartment is located on the ground floor of the main villa.
Like the other apartments, it offers privacy and tranquility.
Furthermore, since it is on the ground floor and its exterior walls are stone-clad—like typical Ligurian homes—it stays very cool.
The dining room and bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling and floor fans.
There is an air conditioner in the living room.
Electricity costs €0.60 per kWh consumed; upon your arrival and departure, we’ll read the metre, and you’ll pay based on your consumption. You can check the metre at any time. The apartment features
a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, and washing machine;
a spacious dining area with a sofa, featuring a French door with a screen that opens onto the garden;
2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
All windows have mosquito screens.
It features a private garden with a tiled pavilion, outdoor table and chairs, sun loungers, and, of course, a barbecue.
Additionally, the garden features a beautiful olive tree under which you can relax while reading a book or simply enjoy the shade.
The apartment also features a free private covered parking space for one car. Any additional vehicles can be parked on the property for an extra charge of 10 € per week or fraction thereof.
You enter the property through an automatic gate.

The 7x4 in-ground pool is equipped with a telescopic cover; it is not for exclusive use but is shared with other guests.
It’s a place where our guests love to relax and cool off.
Since it’s shared, certain rules must be followed.
Children under the age of 12 may access the pool area only when accompanied by an adult family member.
- No one other than the guests listed on the reservation may enter the property or use the pool.
- The total number of people allowed in the apartment is 4 (number of adults + number of children).
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 2 ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Tourist tax: €3 per person plus €14 for the first 10 days. Starting in January 2026, it will be €3

During the summer season, due to the high temperatures, blankets are not provided; those who wish to may rent them for a fee, though this has never happened to date 🌡
Guests may bring their own without paying anything.
- Check-in only after 4:00 p.m.
Early check-in is not always possible; it must be arranged in advance and incurs an extra charge.
Check-in after 9:00 p.m. incurs an extra charge.
- Check-out must be no later than 9:30 a.m.
Late-night check-out must be arranged in advance.
