The basement apartment on offer here has 1 bedroom, living & dining room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. From the living area you have access to the garden with a small seating area. The large adjoining lawn can be used by both parties (ground floor and basement). The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking together. The cozy living / dining room is furnished with a sitting area, couch & flat screen TV. Important: the basement is not accessible for wheelchair users and is structurally very quiet - loud noises from the upper apartment may be audible! Please also note that the final cleaning of the apartment is included, but the washing of your dishes is not included.
