Excellent home for season rental for New Year's Eve package, January, February, March, April / 2020. The house is located in a beautiful gated community with 24 hour security and full laser area.
The condominium is on the edge of the lagoon of ibiraquera, where the guest can enjoy the beautiful and wonderful lagoon for swimming and fishing if you want, besides water sports such as kite surfing, standup, kaiake, among others. In addition to the great infrastructure that the condominium offers to all ages, with a beautiful green preservation area.

A casa é perfeita!

Viajamos para Praia do Rosa para passar a virada do ano, sendo que queríamos uma casa com uma boa localização (perto das praias e centro) e que acomodasse um grupo de seis pessoas. Desde o primeiro contato os proprietários foram super atenciosos, nos forneceram todas as informações para o planejamento da viajem. Chegando na casa nos deram todo o suporte e se mostraram à disposição para qualquer imprevisto. Maravilhosos! A casa é perfeita, bem espaçosa, arejada, e possui todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia. Nos forneceram roupa de cama e toalhas. Não poderíamos deixar de falar sobre o condomínio, uma beleza a parte! A piscina e a área da lagoa proporcionam uma vista incrível, sem falar dos espaços para prática de esportes e a academia. Enfim, a viagem foi perfeita, muito obrigada Roberto e Ana♥️
