The floor was previously a smoking floor and the smell was obvious and unpleasant every time I come up to it. There was also a moth on the pillow. To their credit, housekeeping was quick to get rid of it and changed the pillow case.

Very disappointed, reserved for 2 seniors with one price from Expedia, but charged a much higher price with additional for extra person charges. Complaint to Expedia and ANA due to over charged to no avail, they both blame the other for nature of business for surcharges. I have no choices to continue with Expedia due to middle of my travel but will not use ANA Crown Plaza again

I had a room on the upper floor and the view was gorgeous. The room was spacious. The amenities were very nice. This was just a short 10 minute walk to the Hiroshima site the name of it excuse me right now sorry but it’s very beautiful. It’s right on the river and the museum and the site. It’s just it’s breathtaking. The hotel has a restaurant which I got appetizers and a glass of wine in and it was great. The staff was fantastic. The amenities were good. The train station was about a 10 minute taxi ride. This was kind of towards the end of my trip and my suitcases were feeling really heavy I would definitely go back here again.

Making a quick stop in Hiroshima with my son. Hotel had been recommended by a friend. Great recommendation. Location was central to everything we wanted to do. The staff was especially accommodating. Comfortable, clean room. Everything one wants when booking a room.

Excellent facility with great staff that are very helpful. Restaurants’ selections are available to appease all visitors. Parking staff took great care to ensure all patrons’ vehicles are safe and secure. Ecologically friendly.

Smallest hotel bedroom I’ve ever seen

I had a twin bed bedroom and it was the smallest hotel bedroom I’ve ever stayed in. The twin beds were pushed together against the walls on three sides, so whoever gets the furthest bed has to climb over the other bed to get in and out. Between the beds and the “desk” there’s barely any room to open one suitcase on the floor.

Staff was nice to let me leave my backpack to go on my tour and check in afterwards. My stay was only for a night but I was comfortable my whole stay. They have two choices of breakfast, Western and Japanese. I chose the Japanese breakfast and it was good. The hotel is close proximity to the peace memorial park and other restaurants and convenience stores.
