Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Building imoverall is clean but old and in significant need of a facelift. AC in gym was not functional and I felt like the treadmill was on its last leg. The mall and esplanade were in close proximity so that was a plus. Grab works well in Iloilo and the city is fairly easy to get around.

Can’t complain staff are always there if ever you complained about the toilet slow going down they will be there right away fixing things, even if I complained of the smell they do things right away 👏👏👏👏👏 It’s not a 5 star hotel but we feel safe and comfortable it’s enough for us….
