Un cauchemar

Nous avons réservé 3 nuits dans le Bungalow studio avec kitchenette. Nous sommes arrivés vers midi et avons dû attendre jusqu’à 14h de pouvoir rentrer dans la chambre (normal). Une fois dans la chambre il n’y avait rien de quoi cuisinier alors nous avons demandé à la personne de nous ramener de quoi cuisinier. Nous sommes ensuite partis à la plage et à notre retour 17h30 : toujours rien. Nous avons dû tel cer 4 fois afin qu’il nous ramènent une batterie de cuisine, sans couteaux, seulement avec 2 assiettes et 1 poêle. La batterie ne fonctionnait pas alors nous avons demandé une autre. La personne de l’accueil est venu l’essayer dans la chambre et au moment de la brancher, la prise a sauté. Nous avons dû changer de chambre à 20h30 sans avoir rien mangé! Le lendemain nous avons reçu un texto nous demandant de retourner dans notre chambre qui était à nouveau prête chose que nous avons refusé car elle n’était pas propre. Nous sommes allés discuter avec la gérante et elle ne nous a fait aucune geste commercial RIEN ! Elle ne nous a rien proposé !!! Nous avons eu une nouvelle batterie (la 4eme) et la damme nous a dit que ce genre de batterie n’était pas pour faire la cuisine mais pour réchauffer par exemple du lait pour un bébé : pourquoi vendre sur le site une chambre avec kitichinette si on ne peut pas faire à manger ? Les prix sont exorbitants, nous avons payé 3-4 fois plus chère une chambre qui vaut moins que dans certains autres hôtels d’itacaré. Wifi internet : Un cauchemar

Incrível! Praia linda, todos funcionários muito gentis. Precisa de carro para ir ao centro, mas vale a pena ir jantar no centro, muitos restaurantes bons e de todos os preços. Dica: escolha um bangalô com menos degraus para acessar. Voltarei com certeza.

Proximidade com a Natureza e Paz

O local é sensacional. Praia linda e preservada. O bangalô é amplo, arejado e claro, mas carece de manutenção principalmente no banheiro. Os funcionários da recepção são amáveis e acolhedores, entretanto não dão informações importantes sobre tudo que podemos explorar na São José e arredores, dando impressão de que não conhecem bem o local. Não informam nem sobre a possibilidade de frequentarmos Itacaré Eco Resort que fica na mesma área. O café da manhã é bom, o atendimento da equipe de piscina é bom.

As a Beach Club it is a good option for those who do not know the area. Mainly São José beach, which is beautiful. However, as a hotel, I didn't have a good impression. For the amount charged, access to the rooms needs to be improved. Furthermore, breakfast is well below other similar establishments.

Local lindo, algumas melhorias precisam ser feitas

O lugar é maravilhoso, o nosso quarto estava com cheiro de esgoto infelizmente e com um número enorme de escadas para subir, deveria ter um caminho por cima para levar malas e parar o carro. Deixamos as toalhas de piscina no quarto e não conseguimos no local da piscina (teríamos que subir 80 degraus). O chuveiro da piscina deve ser melhorado para ter mais água para os hóspedes. Destaques para a ótima comida e para o time nota 1000 que nos atendeu como o Cleiton, Lázaro e Daniel, muito amáveis e prestativos !

Pra descansar e ficar mais quieto eu nao voltaria

Lugar muito aconchegante e limpo, tudo funcionando no quarto, pra quem vai pra descansar e ficar mais quieto é bom avaliar, pois os quartos são bem longe da praia e restaurante, e tem bastante escadas, o estacionamento é longe dos quartos, o que deixa a desejar é a questão de não servirem alimentação a partir das 17:30h e o acesso é dificil, principalmente com chuva, tem uma ladeira grande chegando no hotel, o que se torna perigoso ainda mais em tempo chuvoso, tem em Média 4km de estrada de chão, a praia é muito limpa e bonita, porém é pequena.

A estadia foi ótima, a praia e estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, porém sentimos muita falta de alguns serviços que eram oferecidos em outra ocasião, como o restaurante servir jantar, o bondinho para acesso aos quartos de número 50 a 59, condução do hotel até a portaria do condomínio e até a prainha.

Frente à praia, ótimo restaurante e piscina

Atendeu muito bem, o fato de estar de frente para a praia faz toda diferença, a praia é de pouquíssimo movimento, praticamente privativa, e boa para banho. O restaurante é muito bom, ótimas opções. A piscina também muito boa. Indico para quem quiser ficar em uma hospedagem para curtir a própria praia, descansar, apesar de atender também quem queira sair e curtir outras praias retornando à noite. O restaurante não funciona à noite, acho que somente o serviço de quarto, mas tem outro hotel na região e o restaurante funciona a noite aberto a não hóspedes. Nossa opção era sair a noite e ir na "vila" lanchar e curtir um pouco. Estava na dúvida se hospedava neste hotel ou em outro na mesma região, sem dúvida considero o São José melhor opção, pela localização em frente à praia, pela piscina, etc. Com relação aos quartos, a montagem é simples mas de qualidade e o quarto é bem espaçoso, única observação é que o acesso ao quarto demandava uma boa subida de escada, mas nada que não abone a indicação. Recomendo.

O local é ideal para quem busca contato direto com natureza, não possui asfalto até o hotel, o caminho para a primeira vez é um tanto confuso ja q tem outras estádias, condomínios e resorts na mesma estrada, não possui sinal de operadora vivo no local e no caminho, o bom é q o Wi-Fi funciona perfeitamente e não nos deixou na mão ja q tinhamos q trabalhar em alguns momentos. O local não é ideal para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida ja q possui muitas escadas para todos os lados... Pratos e bebidas do cardápio são caros comparando a quantidade fornecida, só possui pratos individuais, com valores absurdos d 90 a 200 reais, INDIVIDUAIS, tendo em conta q o local não é 5 estrelas, drinks na faixa d 40 reais, e fomos em família d 4 pessoas, mas o atendimento é ótimo e a praia linda...

Local muito bonito. Bom café e atendimento. Muitas escadas, poucas e caras opções de cardápio durante o funcionamento do bar. Não há opções noturnas. Água da piscina estava muito fria nessa época.
