Just ok
For the price I paid I expected better. First I was given the wrong room. Then the trim we got had a bed threat was so old and saggy that after the first night I had a back ache and made them switch the bed. Then they brought a new Ben that was basically a board with a 3 inch piece of foam on top, so nice and hard but at least better than an old bed with busted springs. They are also stingy with their old towels and only like to give you new ones every other day. That would be fine if they're wee nice towels but they aren't. Also the door I out room (21) was very challenging to open and unlock. The electricity also went out for a few hours on night but I guess that's not really the hotels fault. All in all I wouldn't stay there again.

A qualidade dos quartos não condizem com as fotos, móveis em péssimo estado de conservação, limpeza dos quartos péssima, com baratas... ar condicionado apesar de modernos sem limpeza, de forma geral o estado de conservação do quarto muito ruim... Café da manhã, ok, assim como atendimento dos funcionários, sempre solícitos e alegres, mas claramente faltava treinamento minimamente adequado para os serviços de hotelaria... deixou a desejar em vários aspectos. Não recomendo !!!

Pesssimo !
Péssimo , as condições do hotel não estão boas , as fotos do site não condiz com o local , o receptivo não foi bom, a governanta queria empurrar um quarto minúsculo, depois levaram nos levaram pra um anexo, fora do hotel sem segurança e sem contato , teríamos que atravessar uma rua pra ir na recepção ! Outra coisa quando comprei o site não fala que é sem café da manhã , eles cobram a a parte !
