Less than a ten minute walk to the sea-front and Ilfracombe town centre, the house has four double bedrooms, a large, stunning lounge with high ceilings, separate dining room, brand new, fully fitted kitchen and newly installed shower-room/WC in addition to the existing bathroom and two further WCs. Parking at the rear/on-street parking, plus attractive front & rear gardens.

We had a lovely stay at this property. A nice walk to the harbour, you have to expect the hills! The House had everything we needed for our stay and a lovely well equipped kitchen. Good communication with hoste throughout. The parking space at the house was tricky to get to if no spaces are available at the front of the house. Overall a very enjoyable stay
