予約が直前になってしまい、喫煙のお部屋しか予約できませんでした。GWだし仕方がないと諦めていたのですが、到着後に夫と、しょうがないよね、とコソコソ話していたところ、フロントから電話が…なんと、話が聞こえていたようで、たまたまキャンセルになった禁煙のお部屋に変更していただけました。こちらからお願いしたわけではないのに大変感動しました。 夜のバーや、朝のレストランから見える眺望も最高で、朝ご飯もとても美味しかったです。はじめての宿泊でしたが、一気にファンになりました。また静岡に行くときには絶対に伺います！

とにかく景観がとても素晴らしく、本当に贅沢な気分になるホテルでした。 今回は反対側でしたが、富士山側の部屋ならもっと満足度は高いと思います。 朝食ブッフェでは質良いベーシックな中にも地元の食材もあって、相方が喜んでいました。 どのスタッフさんも品がある接客で、適度な距離ながらも親切でした。 ただやはり立地が山の上なので、気軽にコンビニに行くとか、外のレストランにちょっと食べに行く、という環境ではないようです。 車移動でないなら全て町中で済ませてから登られた方がいいのかもしれません。

目の前に富士山！

ロビーやお部屋、レストランから見える富士山は絶景でした。お部屋に入ると目の前に富士山、リラックスできました。また、富士山を見ながらの和朝食はとても美味しく、最高でした。 レストランは二部制、私が宿泊した時は予約が混んでてゆっくりできないと思い、ルームサービスを頼もうと思ったら、ルームサービスは無いそう。ルームサービスがあったら良いな、と思いました。
