Open the doors to the terraces and let your gaze wander across the water to the mountains. The spacious ground-floor terrace overlooks the small fishing harbour and, with its dining table and sun loungers, invites you to spend long hours outdoors. Here you can enjoy the morning sun and, later on, the welcome shade. A grapevine grows along the railing, its grapes ripening in late September. Behind the house there is also a small area with a lemon tree and washing lines. Follow the public steps down to the harbour and the adjacent pebble beach and take a dip straight into the clear water.
Use the former fishing village of Njivice as a starting point for a variety of discovery tours. Visit the UNESCO-listed old town of Kotor and explore its narrow streets, squares and fortifications. Head in the other direction towards Croatia and spend a day in the famous old town of Dubrovnik. Discover Herceg Novi with its historic old town and, along the way, enjoy the impressive coastal and mountain panoramas of the bay.
