We stayed at Idyllwild Inn’s other property, the Strawberry Creek Inn but swung by the former initially so I’ll base my review off both. The properties were charming, clean, and the staff were excellent at accommodating us and ensuring we got what was needed. The room was spacious, renovated, and overall, pretty clean. I can’t speak enough of the staff as they were super kind to us. Next time I come to Idyllwild, these properties will be first on my list to check out.

Great location and great staff

We loved everything about our room except the bed. This is only because my Wife and I do not like soft beds. Some people do and if so great, but we do not and considered leaving a night early. AMAZING location and being able to bring out dog is super important to us. The room had everything we needed. An outdoor deck would have been nice but they do have rooms with private decks so we would book one of those next time. The walk along the creek into town is very convenient and much nicer than walking on the street to town. The Brew Pub is a nice walk along creek away :) Lastly, the smoke detector kept flashing throughout the night, which was very annoying. This property is amazing it’s very close to the town, everything is walking distance a plus that the town is very small. The farmers market is right being the lot. It’s very cute for couples or even friends and family. The staff here are extremely friendly
