The approximately 61 m² apartment is located on the right upper floor of the two-storey house and can be reached via an outside staircase. The icing on the cake is the 17 sqm balcony with its fantastic view, where you can enjoy the sun until late at night. To this balcony is closed, separated by a large patio door, the bright but small living room with dining area and kitchen. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of them has enough space for a cot. The bathroom is new, bright and equipped with a shower cabin and a washing machine. A parking space is available on the property, bicycles can be accommodated in the garage.

We would like to point out that the approach to the house at the end of a 100m long, rising and uneven path.

Sehr schöne Lage am Idrosee. Der See und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren Laufnähe. Gute Restaurants etwas weiter weg. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten zu. Gardasee, Iseosee und Ledrosee.
