Godt ophold, men svingende serviceniveau

Vi havde et godt ophold. Gode faciliteter og god beliggenhed med nem adgang til pisten. Ladestandere til elbil var lige ude foran hotellet. Okay morgenmadsbuffet, men ikke noget specielt. Serviceniveauet var meget svingende og flere fra personalet var ikke sĂŠrlig imĂždekommende. Meget ĂŠrgerligt da det for os betĂžd, at vi ikke altid fĂžlte os velkommen.

Ett charmigt lagom stort hotell med det mesta du kan önska. Perfekt belÀget mitt i backen, ski in/out. Troligtvis sÀsongsarbetare i restauranten dÄ bemötande och kunskap har utvecklingpotential (matchar inte prisbilden). Kommer troligtvis tillbaks.

PÄ ett hotell som detta förvÀntar man sig som gÀst en toppen trevlig personal,serviceminded o som ger det lilla extra. Den yngre personalen skulle behöva lite mer servicekÀnsla, faktakunskap o förmÄga att fÄ oss att kÀnna oss hjÀlpta o nöjda med svar. Tex i restaurangen vid frÄgor om mat o dryck el i spa avd. Lite nonchalant el oerfaren kÀndes det som Àven vid frukosten. Komforten/möblerna pÄ rummen var av lite blandad standard o stil. Spa avd hade behövt mer underhÄll och uppsyn dÄ det blev lite ofrÀscht pÄ kvÀllen o bullelpoolen skulle behövt lite kÀrlek. Möjligheten att lÄsa skidor i skidrummet samt att hÄllarna inte fungerar pÄ moderna all mountain skidor, det var förövrigt ett vÀlplanerat och rymligt utrymme med pjÀxtork och direkt access till backen.
