The staff is helpful and very friendly. The entire hotel is spotless and well-kept. The Snake River River Walk is adjacent to the hotel and is a great, peaceful place to walk. You can also walk to the falls, I almost forgot to mention that!! The Japanese Friendship Garden is just on the other side of the bridge and is an enjoyable place to explore and relax. We used a plant identification app and had fun identifying various trees and shrubs. We were there in October when the Farmers Market is still every Saturday, and we walked across the bridge and had fun spending too much money! In general, the hotel is in a great location - 8 minutes to the airport and we ate at several restaurants and I think the farthest one was a 10 minute drive. All in all, the hotel staff is amazing, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the surrounding area is wonderful! We had a fantastic week!

Walls are thin. Seems like the front desk put all the guests on 1st floor next to each other by the laundry room. One side we had loud snoring, other side could hear person peeing and flushing. Above we heard loud bed squeeking in early morning. No hair dryer in room at check in. Room had smell of Body odor or wet dog?. Disappointing stay. Window doesn't open in room. Drapes allow too much parking lot light in at night. That's enough. Won't stay there again.

The area around and front of the hotel beautiful, but the only complain is regarding the lay out of the room, extremely inconvenient I think the architect or who designed the layout of the room was drunk or very incompetent. In rest Ok, same standard of breakfast like on similar America hotels
