No one was at the counter for check in. We arrived at 9p and waited 15 min before some one helped us and then we had to wait to even get a clean room. Room looked dingy and bed sheets looked unclean, floor was dirty and there was only one trash can in the whole room. The iron board was broken, the shower knob was so hard to turn to hot shower. Anyone with arthritis would never be able to turn the shower on. Breakfast was okay. Overall it was just a place to lay our heads for one night it will probably not be back.

The room was absolutely disgusting! There was hair on the toilet. There was long female hairs in the towels. There was a nasty stain and sweat marks on the sheets - obviously not changed from the last person slept in the bed. The shower was dirty. There table has food crumbs and was dirty. This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at! I pulled up the google reviews for the last couple months and they were exactly the same as my situation! I will never stay here again and I suggest everyone not to as well. Horrible experience!

Beautiful views. The shower had mold soap scum that came off with a wipe of a washcloth. No conditioner in the shower. The bed was clean and comfortable. Overall for the price it was decent. They have a sticker on the mirror saying they clean to hospital grade standards. The outside property had trash on the ground, But trash cans were over flowing. The entrance into the building was beautiful and clean. It seemed like breakfast was being taken down by 7:30 am. However i didn’t see the hours breakfast was served.

We stayed for a week at this establishment. Sausage and eggs everyday, waffle batter is watered down and out completely by 8 am and blamed on the buses that arrive daily full of tourists for eating too much (how about plan better right?), no yogurt or oatmeal or fruit, watered down coffee, very dirty floors in the room, safe that’s not working, stained sheets and towels - I can go on and on. Bottom line, NOT RECOMMENDED.

The reserved room was not ready when we arrived, so we were 30 minutes late getting into the room. The bathroom appeared to have been rushed over in the cleaning process, as dirt was visible in the corners of the bathroom floor and tissue under the vanity. Although there was a one-cup coffee maker, it had grounds in the water reservoir. There wasn't a microwave oven. I've come to expect them, so I will make sure before I reserve a room in the future.

Our room was dirty. The dead bolt didn't lock and we stuck a chair in front of the door. The barn style bathroom door wouldn't stay closed.

Our room was not clean. There was dried up food on the bed table, mirror in bathroom looks as though it hadn’t been cleaned in very long time. And our toilet didn’t flush. My BIL was in the room across from us and their heat didn’t work. Not a happy experience for us! The area was great though!

They attempted to cancel our reservation within two hours of our arrival. We said “no” as there were no other hotels with availability that night in the area. The person on the phone then said to us, “well, we do have one room available but it has bed bugs, so I don’t think you want to stay there.” After that, we had to contact Orbitz who said they would take care of the situation. The hotel then called us back saying they did have a room after all. The room they gave us was partially renovated and had paint dust all around and obviously wasn’t finished being worked on. This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays we have ever had.

Had to wait 20 mins for someone to show up to the front desk. All the trash receptacles were over flowing even the parking lot commercial dumpster. The cleaning team doesn't wear uniforms so you can't really even tell if they work there. And they are still cleaning rooms at 8pm. Which felt super sketch. The place isn't very clean and doesn't have good amenities. The view was spectacular overlooking the river. The staff made me feel uneasy. I am a giant that travels often and i don't scare easy. But i could never get comfortable

This hotel is under renovation and not ready for guests. The floors were sticky. There was no soap or bath mats. Some rooms didn’t have fridge. Laundry room was very dirty. Ice machines were not working. Despite remodel, shower had not been updated. New bed was comfortable.

It took a very long time to get checked in, the hot tub was out of service, the pool had no heat, the floors in the room were dirty and the bathroom smelled like urine. The hotel overall did not look clean and the breakfast in the morning was very limited, no fresh fruit or yogurt. So overall not a great experience. I don't stay at very many hotels, and I NEVER do reviews, so this was necessary.

The rooms smell terrible. The floors were so nasty. My feet were sticking to the floor. Toilet has poop stains. Outlets hanging out of the wall. Bathroom door fell off it's rail. DO NOT STAY HERE. The price ain't worth it.

Photos on website make it look very updated and clean but in reality the rooms were grimy the toilet still had urine on under the seat and the shower over bath tub was missing most of the layers of paint. The bed felt like it was a left over trampoline from 1990 and fairly broken with interesting pillows. Breakfast was super basic and chaos with nothing great apart from toast.
