The service was great. It’s a budget stay so I think we get what we pay for. I don’t have any complaints, it was great for my family of 4 for a quick overnight stay. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

We did not stay in Idaho Falls on Sat. 10/4. We stayed from Sun 10/5 - Mon 10/06. We like the Idaho Falls Comfort Inn. We stay there about 4 times a year. It is older and it need to be updated. This time I noticed that the bedsheets we so wonderfully soft especially compared to the place where we stayed the previous night. I have never felt that the bathroom in any room we have stayed in here has been as clean as I would like. The floor of the corners is always dirty, or there is mold in the edging along the wall of the bathtub. You must have bathrooms that are designed to be difficult to clean. Please change this when you make your updates to the place. We like this motel, it has a warm and friendly atmosphere. In spite of its drawbacks, we will continue to visit.
