Charming cozy cottage on historic numbered streets

This delightful home is a comfy, clean place to unwind, relax and enjoy a restful night sleep in the king bed, two queen beds and a double bed.
After the keypad entry, you will find a place to put your shoes in a wooden shoe tray just inside the door. The entire house is renovated and very nicely decorated. You will find hardwood floors throughout the main level and hexagon-tiled floors in the kitchen. Downstairs is wall-to-wall new carpeting. On the main floor is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms; downstairs are two more bedrooms and a laundry room. The neighborhood is very quiet. In the back you will find a large tree in the center with a tree swing, covered patio with a gas grill and a beautifully manicured lawn, which is fully fenced. Three cars will easily fit in the driveway with another on the street if needed. Overall a very wonderful place to stay!

This was a perfectly equipped stay for us traveling with a toddler. True to the property name we found it both charming and cozy! One of our grown kids said they would love to have a similar property one day (they especially loved the charming anf cozy basement rooms). Wonderfully decorated and extremely utility with a variety of kitchen and laundry appliances. Owners provide clear and detailed information for check-in and check-out. Very convenient location if visiting IDF Temple, BYUI in Rexburg, Museum of Idaho, Swan Valley, Craters of the Moon & INL sites (last two listed are open in the summer), etc. You will not be disappointed!

Great location relative to downtown and cutely decorate house.The mattress and pillows were extremely worn which made it hard to sleep. The washer didnt have a water softener so it was a challenge to wash clothes, had to get borox. And the kitchen didnt have soap or sponges for dishes so we had to buy some to do dishes.
