Staff was not friendly at all. Room didn't get cleaned one day we were there and the front desk could have cared less, no towels! We had friends staying there and they gave us a couple of their towels. We will never book with them again and we even left a day early..non refundable. We love BW's but not this one.

Great location to explore the river corridor. For fine dining at it's best I would suggest the Copper Rill just a couple of minutes walk down the street.

The staff were all very kind and helpful so checking in and out were easy. My room was very clean and easy to access. Only complaint was the parking is very tight so if you've got a bigger vehicle, just be aware.

Wild horse loop starts in Rock Springs and ends right across the street from this hotel. We saw pronghorns and wild horses. Room was clean, comfortable beds, and decent breakfast.

This place was excellent in every respect. Check in and out was fast with no problems. The hotel itself is super nice and clean. View is great and plenty of places to eat within 5 mins. Lovely traditional looking motel directly across from Idaho Falls on the Snake River. Rooms are large and bright. There is a lovely outdoor pool with lovely pool furniture and a very cosy indoor spa (some blinds would help with privacy when in the spa). You can walk along the river on both sides - and see the huge Temple. The breakfast is excellent with homemade banana bread and an omelette station. Overall an excellent propert.
