Area was really good for ammenities close by, very good if you want to stay out late to party. Room smelt like mold, falling apart. But it was cheapest when we booked so I cant complain.

They sell wrong window seaview or blacony seaview for same rate. They will tell you it is randomly selected, and of course you r getting a jail window size to overlook the marina, it is not for looking it is for the day light and for noise from the bars to come through. Not worth the money! Location is good, however its better off going somewhere else because of the noise and to find out that you are paying same price (maybe more) with the people next door that actually have balcony tiny but exist. Rooms are small, so are showers. No elevator you are getting up on third floor by narrow staircase, mindful tho, you can’t drink alcohol because you can’t get upstairs drunk. Not again, thanks!

Súper recomendado! Su localización es perfecta! Con una hermosa vista a la marina, a unos pasos del puerto, ideal si decides visitar Formentera en ferry. También está rodeado de restaurantes y bares. Sin duda regresaré a ese Hotel si vuelvo a visitar Ibiza.

Location great , expensive for what’s offered

Great location , basic room no chairs on balcony, view of street and private apartments but do have shutters for privacy , the shower was dirty no shelf’s to put toothbrush etc, towels tiny , paint peeling on ceiling and main door been fixed many times and hard to slam closed it needs a spruce up. Cleaners woke us at at 8 am as we were next to cleaning cupboard, noise from street till early hours , no breakfast. Would stay again for location but quite expensive for what’s offered .

This hotel was perfect location for the old town and visiting Dalt Villa. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was a small balcony however no chair to sit on there. Our room faced the main street which did make it rather noisy until the early hours

The property is in excellent shape, the room was comfortable, and the view from the room was beautiful. You could see all the boats in the harbour. The room is a little noisy, but you're in the centre of it all, and I was still able to sleep. I would have liked a few more breakfast options but there is plenty of food around the hotel. The staff were great and we had a nice stay.

We arrived at the hotel having paid extra for a view of the marina. Unfortunately we seemed to be in a room with a dog above our room as we were woken around 1:30am with the dog who proceeded to bark until gone 3:30am. Next thing, 8am we had boom boom boom from a heavy base of music from what sounded like a club outside. Very quickly this was added too by the builders who were renovating the entire marina right outside the window. Music was from the Red Bull Royale that was taking place - we had no idea what it was never mind that it was on on the dates we were there. The start was right on the marina. The builders worked all day, right through to 7pm - constant banging from a picker breaking up the concrete, the wagons coming & going removing all the rubble/rocks. We’d been out then tried to go for a late afternoon nap as we were shattered from the previous nights attempt of sleep. That’s how we know the builders worked so late. The exact same thing every night with the dog constantly barking throughout the night. You can hear people walking by outside & the builders right on cue at 8am - again working & disturbing any chance of sleep. The positives are that obviously all the work is being done ahead of the main season, so it won’t affect everybody. The location is great, loads of lovely restaurants around & a convenience store behind the hotel. Had we been told about the building work I’d not have stayed there especially as we’d paid for a room overlooking the Marina
