My stay was amazing as always. That's why keep coming back. Unfortunately, when I was living a minor mistake done at the time to assign my car to the room became a hassle. The car parking agent at the door kept on arguing with with me that my car was not there and it did not match my room number. I tried to help giving him details of what was in the car. To what he replied it was not enough. I had to be tough an reply, after several kindly tentative, that I wanted my car. I had paid for them to park it. It was not my fault the incompetence. Fernando the checking manager at the time was coming out and supported me, nice of him. It is sad to mention that somebody just before me asked for the car keys without any room number and he just gave. Please be attentive to people serving your audience. He did mention the fact that it was not his intention to be harsh. But, he was. Anyway, i need to say this is quite the opposite behaviour i found before. For now i will take it as one off. Just wish it does not happen anymore. He could easily ask the checking manager the information he needed , without creating a mess. On the opposite direction.
