They changed the room to a smaller one without notice. There was no compensation. We were traveling with a small child so this especially inconvenient. Not good, vexing to the extreme.

Oikein kiva miniloma 9- ja 13-vuotiaiden lasten kanssa. Hotelli on kiva ja siisti. Aamupala oikein monipuolinen ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Mahtavat ulkoilumaastot. Pääsee vetämään lenkkiä metsässä tai treenaamaan hyvissä kuntoportaissa. Pieni ulkokuntoilupaikkakin löytyy. Lapsille on superparkkia ja kiipeilypuistoa. Hotellivieraiden käytössä oleva kuntosali on laadukas ja laitevalikoima kattava. Uimala on pieni ja uimahallimainen, mutta silti oikein mainio. Kesällä varmasti vielä kivempi, kun maauimala on auki. Huone on tyylikäs ja siisti. Kaapissa kerrankin hyllyjä vaatteille ja kylpyhuoneessa hyvin laskutilaa. Huoneessa myös pieni jääkaappi. Olimme kaikin puolin tyytyväisiä ja tulemme varmasti myös uudelleen.

Olemme useamman kerran käyneet Sveitsissä ja joka kerta kokemus on ollut 5 tähteä. Tällä kertaa ravintolakokemus oli hieman tavanomainen, ketjuravintolan tasoa. Hotellin sisääntuloaulassa tuoksuu jokin synteettinen tuoksu, että oleskelu alueella mahdotonta. Tuoksuherkälle ja astmaatikolle aika ikävä lisä. Siistit tilat ja avulias henkilökunta. Luonto ympärillä ihana ja aamiainen kattava.
