What an adventure!

Very friendly staff. I arrived the day after my reservation date, at 6:00 am. They still honored my reservation. I did have a good reason for the lateness. We were rerouted from Toulon to Montpellier because of the storm (always check weather!) and then back to Toulon in an 3 hours bus trip. Once back to the empty Toulon airport around 3 Am there were no shuttle, taxi or Uber. Walked 1 1/2 hour to the hotel using Google map (which is not easy when you lose wifi and do not have cell service). When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist saw my state of exhaustion and just gave me the key to go rest and asked to complete the formalities later. One important feature in my case is the 24 hours reception desk which is not as common in here like in the US. Also the place have quite a good choice of restaurants around at walking distance. We try "le people" and it was pretty good.

Excellent but customer service needs work.

Excellent hotel and facilities and would of been 5 star across the board except for one lazy member of staff at the reception. Eating their lunch at the end of the reception desk but unwilling to render assistance to patrons. Maybe it was her dinner break, but eat in the dining area behind not at reception. Wanted to reserve a table for evening meal, however we went and spent elsewhere.

the hotel is in a real good area to go to down town. nice hotel friendly personal. the restaurant is a big 0 microwave food is not a restaurant qualify. the beds are very hard the mattress is about 3 inches high.

Cutting costs in the South of France

Ok hotel. Breakfast is lacking, Wifi signal is weak throughout the hotel except in the lobby. Staff is very friendly, free parking and very conviently located in Hyeres.

Only used overnight but a well positioned hotel in the city. Reasonably close to beaches and in the centre of Hyeres. Has a small swimming pool too. Breakfast standard continental stuff. Room was decent size and very clean.

Pleasant hotel

This hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to the old town with it's wonderful history, restaurants and atmosphere. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. The room is a typical Ibis room (as in nothing spectacular) but it was clean, pleasant and modern. There are beaches within driving distance and plenty to do.
