Belle residence avec piscine sans internet ni clim

La residence est tres belle, vegetation calme. La piscine super, la plage a pied un peu loin mais faisable. Besoin d’un changement de meuble et de jointage silicone pour assainir la sdb et la cuisine (des fourmis s’inflitrent). Pas de clim c’est pas facile a supportee en aout. Mais le plus contraignant c’est l’absence de reseau internet, pour organiser la logistique en 2024 c’est compliqué. Tous ceci etant dit le rapport qualité prix est interessan malgré tout.
