Didn’t get chance to check the amenities: so I can rate on that. But my experience with refund is unsatisfactory.
I requested a credit memo or refund for the second night (only) while I haven’t even stayed one night at the hotel due to change of my travel plans.
They simply denied even the next Monday’s night swap just for one night.

Enjoyed my stay
I stayed for 2 days. The place was clean, staff were polite and the room was very spacious. Served a large tasty Indian buffet breakfast. Free wifi which was great.. and the wifi didnt seem to be capped, which really helped. They can also assist with laundry or ironing for a nominal amount.. which helps when travelling so far. Check in time is 9am. This makes it different from most other hotels I've seen, and worked out perfectly for me because of my flight arrival time being early in the morning. I was there at around 9am and was nearly instantly taken for a delicious breakfast. If I need to stay in the area again.. it would certainly be my top choice again.

Worth visiting this hotel if you are with family.
Hotel is situated on main road with all the amenities surrounded in walking distance. Staffs are very friendly and service is pretty good and quick.
Rooms are specious and clean too.
