I wasn't informed about the transfer of hotel location prior to my visit. Have to wait for hours for conformation after a long 5 hours journey. The location was remote and took many U turns to find it and was shared which was neither informed. Demanded to pay 370 INR when I paid in full already. So many tensions before flying. Not happy .

Disappointing

We paid the full fare on hotels.com but the accomodation charged us extra10NZD. We are so tired with 20 hours flights, we have to leave if we dont pay; its a poor cutomer service. I would reccoment to remove that listing from Hotels.Com.
