The Space:

You're within a 5-minute walk to downtown Hyannis where you'll discover an abundance of famous restaurants and shops. In addition, the famous JFK Hyannis Museum is just around the corner. Walk across the street, and you'll find yourself at the marina where you can catch a ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket - it doesn't get better than that! Not to mention, you'll have access to four stunning beaches to choose from each day. And, on the property, you can unwind and relax in a fantastic patio seating area where you can barbecue or cozy up by the fire in the evening. Need more room for the kiddos? Perfect, let's go! As you enter the home off the driveway in the rear, you'll find yourself in the laundry area that's available for all guests to use. Keep moving, and you'll come across a fully updated kitchen that's a chef's dream with seating for 6-8 guests. All appliances are within 2 years old!

Moving on, you'll find a spacious living room that faces the stunning marina! And, if the weather doesn't permit you to venture outside, you can enjoy a large smart TV and log into your accounts for streaming. You'll also find a 1/2 bathroom and an additional living space with a sleeper sofa that can be converted into a bedroom. This space also includes a large HD smart TV, so everyone in your group can enjoy their preferred entertainment.

As you move past the stairs, you'll encounter the master bedroom with a KING bed, large HD smart TV, and an en suite full bathroom. Upstairs, there are four more bedrooms to choose from. To the left of the stairs, you'll find the upstairs master bedroom with a KING bed (bedroom 3), a kitchenette, and full bathroom. To the right of the stairs, bedroom 4 also has a KING bed, and next to that is the bunk room (Bedroom 5) that can accommodate a bunk bed, a twin bed, and a twin trundle. Lastly, bedroom 6, which has a queen bed, is accessible through the bunk room or the upstairs master bedroom!

- Guests must e-sign the 5-Star Co-Host property rental agreement and must complete the Safely Stay guest screening email in order to receive the access codes to the property.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

The home has a security camera with recording features. The camera is an exterior camera and points at the driveway and rear patio. It is active at all times. Tampering or disabling the camera will result in immediate cancellation of your booking and removal from the property.
