Double Booked

This property had also been let/booked out via a different company. Very awkward dealing with someone turning up and trying to get access to the property. They had also paid in full and had booking confirmation.

Properties are double booked on stayz. No guarantee of confirmation of the booking.

We reached at the property and got to know the property has been double booked. At 7pm I was at Jervis Bay travelling from Sydney with a family of 10 including children & senior citizens. The response of agent was very late and till date we didn't got any compensation for the hassle.

Steve can’t manage a holiday rental

He double booked through booking dot com and we had nowhere to stay. The poor people arrived just before us and were equally worried they would be without accommodation. After we called Stayz he tried to cancel our booking as “we didn’t meet minimum age”. Really poor form by the guy. Don’t trust him with your holiday!
