The staffs were really nice and helpful. We reached the hotel earlier and the room wasn't ready but they allowed us to store out baggage with them and they transferred it to the room for us before we came back in the afternoon. Only down points are that the corridors are pretty dark and the beds are a too hard for our liking. Value for money

This was a pleasant stay for my family. The location was great in Chiayi city center. The staff were kind and attentive. ( I requested help with a 2 hour long taxi ride which they arranged for a fair price in under 24 hours.) We slept comfortably and enjoyed the breakfast.

We selected this hotel because of their Muslim friendly. They have separate utensils for Muslims during meals in their restaurant. Bidet in available in the bathroom which is convenient. Would recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Alishan National Park.
