Our stay was great. My family had a great time in the gym area and the pool. The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved our stay. The breakfast was the best we’ve had at any hotel we’ve stayed at. The elevator was out of service but we managed with the stairs. The only concern we had was the outside/exit door and inside doors to the gym and pool not being locked. Anyone could get into the hotel and small children could easily enter the gym and pool without the key card. All posing a safety risk.

Elevator was broken, had to carry luggage up 20 stairs, lock on door only worked if I body slammed door after getting green light on, very low lighting in room no overhead lights except in bath and front entry. Key would not work on two of the 4 nights when I returned to hotel at end of the day and road to hotel is very very bumpy and needs resurfaced (need to use Lorraine street and go in back way.) Staff was very nice.

Staffing at front desk, security …..none of the exterior doors were ever locked. Isn’t safety a concern for you and your guests? We see you’ve done some updating but a lot is still very unfinished like our room. Coffee could use improvement. The pool and its room was cold-grandkids didn’t want to go in because it was frigid. We come to town often to visit family and always reserve hotel rooms for several days…Overall, it was a disappointment.

Room was very clean. If staying multiple night, room cleaning/towel exchange will occur afternoon and must be requested. Breakfast was always fresh and hot. Coffee was unpalatable, but all other options were great. We were told the Pool heater was not working and i was really looking forward to the pool, but the chilly water didnt appeal to us. Overall, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are being renovated and the laundry facility was not available. We were hoping to use them. We will probably return to this location when we visit our daughter due to the cleanliness and friendly staff.
