The check in process with very bad.. when I try to make check in, the reception asked me to pay another fees called a reservation difference arguing that the price I already paid online is for the American clients only !!!!!! When I tried to clarify that when I made my reservation on the Orbitz app, the application didn't asked me about my nationality, they replied by showing me a confirmation page about my reservation from another site called "hotelbeds" and said that they don't know anything about Orbitz app or it's rules. Finally, after on hour of debate and because I insisted on my opinion and said that I will going to call the police to prove the situation, they perform the check in without any additional fees..this confirmed for me that they asked for additional fees unjustly !!!!!!!!!

- Personal insbesondere an der Reception unfreundlich - Internet funktioniert durchgehend nicht - Air Condition Anlage funktionierte mehrmals nicht - Zimmer war für 4 Personen gebucht, bei Ankunft war nut Bett für 2 Personen vorhanden, für unsere zwei Kinder war nichts vorbereitet - Kühlschrank uralt und schmutzig, fast kein Inhalt - Essen mittelmässig - In der Lobby wird geraucht - Wasser in der Dusche kalt - Kein Mineralwasser oder Tee vorhanden im Zimmer - das einzig positive war der Spa Bereich, welcher wirklich sehr schön ist.

Нормальный отель. Останавливались не на долго до и после дайв-сафари. В номере чисто. Белье и полотенца конечно старенькие но чистые. Находится в центе Хургады, на улице Шератон. Есть бассейн и пляж. Кормят нормально. Можно сходить на дейли-дайвин прямо из отеля. . .

gute Unterkunft für Taucher!

Das Le Pacha liegt direkt am Strand und unmittelbar in der belebten downtown von Hurghada. Sie zahlen hier den Preis von etwa 15€/Nacht/Person (August 2017). Dafür erhalten Sie ein Standardzimmer mit einem Doppelbett mit mittelharter neuer Matratze, einem Kühlschrank, einem Bad und einer Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten oder das Meer. Gäste der Tauchbasis dürfen im ruhig gelegenen Haus 18 wohnen. Das Essen im Hotel ist nicht abwechslungsreich. Empfehlenswert sind die in der Nähe liegenden Restaurants "Moby Dick" und "Granada". Beide zu finden bei TripAdvisor. die Tauchbasis "Tauchen unter Freunden" liegt direkt am Strand des Hotels. So kann man bequem um 8:00 Uhr vom Zimmer zur Basis laufen.
