Me and a friend decided to bring our kids to Huntsville to take the kids on a mini vacation away from the city, two hours drive. We loved the idea of going to this hotel as it would not be busy during March break. The main attraction for us was the pool, however the temperature was very cold and not swimmable. We had told the attendant and he said he would heat it up for us. So we waited. The next attendant turned it down. We wasted an entire day waiting for this to just find out it was the same temperature. The next day we had someone attempt to enter our room with a key card. Good thing I had the second latch lock on the door. As being a female with children in the room I was very upset by this. When we told the manay at the front desk he said " oh that was just the maintenance man" with no concern to us that this had happened. Not impressed at all and not worth the money. This day in age if people are coming to use their hard earned money at your facility please treat them with respect and safety. Totally left this motel more stressed then when we came feeling completely ripped off. Hope head office with reach out and compensate in some way for our horrible experience.
