DON’T STAY HERE! Hands down the dirtiest, smelliest, unkept and hot room I’ve ever tried to stay in. Towels and bed linens were awful. My wife and I finally packed up and left at 11pm because it was so hot and smelled so bad in the room. Attendant said no refund. We traveled just down the road and paid for ANOTHER room that was great.

The property was filthy, outdated and ran down. The halls and rooms wreaked of cigarettes and marijuana. Our room was dirty, outlet covers missing off the walls, dirty floors, walls and shower. There was always people outside the pool area blaring vulgar music and chain smoking. Avoid this place

The staff was excellent the room was clean bedding was perfect plenty of hot water for a nice shower, there just wasn’t any cups in the bathroom at the sink or by the coffee pot for coffee, but for the comfort and price of the room I would highly recommend staying here I will definitely stay with them when I am back in Huntsville for my next overnight trip.

Room was 6 out of 10. Peep hole in door was missing so anyone could look inside our room. There was a property ownership change from the time I booked reservation to my check-in. They didn't have my reservation. Property internet was down so there was a delay in checking in but clerk went above and beyond to accommodate us. Double booked our room with another guest and they tried to enter our room. Front desk clerk apologize for her error which was due to the system being down.

Blood stains on my mattress which is why we spent approximately 10 minutes in the room and left to find a different place to stay. Not sure why I was embarrassed but, also Laughed at their request for a different room and Didn’t even bother to request a refund !! My wife was apologizing for choosing this place to which I replied was not her fault !

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was very welcoming to my service dog and my grandkids pet. My grandkids loved being able to eat fresh waffles every morning. We were there for a week and we could always get fresh linen and towels. When visiting family in the area, we will always stay there. Also excellent access to interstate and major roadways.

Great place to stay.

This is the second opportunity I have had to stay here and will do it again. The location is great, the price is very reasonable, the room is wonderful, it's quiet and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but it smelled so good and will definitely partake next time.
