Incredible mountain or lake views out every window in this brand new spacious home. This clean and modern 2022 house is also just steps away from a secluded beach. Centrally located between Snowbasin and Powder Mountain, you will be enjoying the greatest snow on earth in just minutes. This home features two Master Suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom features a queen bed and the fourth bedroom comfortably sleeps two with a twin trundle bed. Each bedroom is furnished with 50-60” smart TVs.
The picturesque kitchen boasts quartz countertops and sleek stainless steel appliances. You will enjoy cooking in this fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. After a long day on the mountain or at the lake, you can relax by the fire or cuddle up in our great room to watch your favorite show on the 65 inch smart TV. This home also has a full washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. You will appreciate the privacy on the triple-level deck where your only neighbors behind you are the sheep in the beautiful white barn and the snow-capped mountains.

This place was amazing! The communication was very clear and effortless. The house was clean and in perfect condition. Easy access to the hot tub, which was lovely. The host even helped me troubleshoot car difficulties that we had at the time of departure and let us hang out in the house past the checkout time so we wouldn’t be cold. If I could give more than five stars I would!

Great Visit

My family and I loved our visit. Snowbasin is a hidden gem for skiing that falsely :) promised the locals not to say anything about. The unit was beautiful and comfortably housed us. The jacuzzi was fun with friendly tenants. Melissa was super helpful and has neighbors on site to address any concerns. I want to go back!

Skiing weekend (10 people)

This property is fabulous. Melissa made the whole process so easy and gave us so many suggestions and ideas for places to go. We skied at Powder Mountain which was only about 15 mins away and we were just about right on the lake. Amazing views, very up to date accommodations, nice common area hot tub. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Great Property, Great Property Manager

Melissa was the best possible host. I stayed in two of the stunning properties that she manages. I had made a mistake on the dates when booking and Melissa was very communicative and went well out of her way to accommodate the changes. We felt welcome and comfortable and knew she would be right there if needed. The house is essentially new, very clean and nicely appointed. I highly recommend it.

Lots of natural light and space. New and modern layout. Great attention to detail. Kitchen well equipped for large family style meals. Short drive to Snow-basin (10 minutes), short drive to Powder Mountain (15-20 minutes). Great base to experience all that Huntsville/Eden has to offer. Melissa made the check-in and check out process very easy. She was in communication from the time of booking with instructions and recommendations. On our next trip to the area we will look to stay again.

Great location for family stay close to Snow Basin

This property is brand new, decorated well, has comfortable beds. Our whole family loved it. It was only about 15 min to Snow Basin. We’ll definitely be back. Great spot.
