Front desk clerk wasn’t friendly. The room smelled horrible. Couldn’t rest or sleep for the partying next door all night and the next day. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall terrible stay.

WTH is a deposit needed for

Just add a hundred dollars to your stay because a hundred dollar deposit is needed to check in and they don’t take cash.. This isn’t the Waldorf.. Everything else was fine. I won’t be staying there again .

They do not care about the guests

The first room that they put me in smelled extremely terrible. It smelled like dog or cat feces. I went to the front desk and asked for another room. The front desk attendant during the evening was very rude and was rushing me. Also, when I checked in on the website, it gave me an option to have complimentary late check out at 12, I picked that. And then also, if put my card on file for incidentals. When I arrived at the hotel, he said I couldn’t have late check out and that he gets to choose who gets late check out. Also, while my card was on file, he charged me an additional100$ thag I am trying to get back now.

There were dirty towels left in our room and weren’t picked up until the next day. That was our only problem. The concierge was helpful and helped us with the TV and we were able to enjoy the pool/jacuzzi.

Nice hotel. Stayed overnight after moving my daughter into her dorm. Not much else around in the immediate area, but very clean, quiet and minutes from the highway.

Booked this hotel through Expedia. Get to the hotel and swipe my card for incidentals and the hotel charges me for the stay again. I call the hotel to get this resolved. I get told that the owner isn’t covering the cost of my stay. WHAT?!? He claimed the virtual card from Expedia was declined. And he wasn’t covering my trip. Staff tells me that I need to call Expedia to resolve this. Again, WHAT?!? I have to do their job to get their payment resolved. I called Expedia, and they were great. Took me 5 minutes to have Expedia train the hotels staff how to process payments through them. Not only that but Expedia refunded me for the hotels horrible service. I do not recommend this hotel at all based on the service from the owner. He could care less about conducting business correctly

The front desk clerk was more interested in talking to her boyfriend in back than in attending to guests. The first room I was assigned was hot and moldy. The second room I was assigned was 'acceptable'. While I was out during the day, the second night of my two night reservation was canceled on me. They told me I had to rebook, but the price had gone up. I insisted that I should be allowed to rebook at the price I originally paid, but they had no interest in helping me with that and when I complained, they refused service. I had to walk to another hotel. This is a very low end operation, employees are poorly trained, management does not understand their job. Not only will I never stay at this hotel again, I will never stay at a Wyndham property anywhere because after my calls with customer support, it has become clear to me that this is a corporate culture problem. A terrible experience, disappointing.

As soon as I opened the door to my room there was a roach in floor running, and I seen three more before I went to sleep. The deposit was double what I’ve paid at the competing places, and online it said I only had to pay $30 for a late checkout and they tried charging me 55 extra plus the $100 deposit. Not a good place to stay not happy

Our room was changed twice. The 1st time was because the room smelled like mold and it looked like some sort of growth on the furniture. The 2nd room was not much better but we stayed the 1st night in it. One side of the bed was sunken in, turned out to be the box spring was broken. The bathroom was in poor condition with the paint bubbling and the toilet ran every 30 mins, which was very loud and woke us up all thru the night. The 3rd room smelled better than the 1st 2 but was dirty. The manager came in and spot cleaned the box spring liner because there was something gross on it. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and hair wrapped up in the towels and rags. In all 3 rooms, the cabinet the fridge was in was heavily water damaged. The entire building smelled like it has a major moisture problem. The indoor pool wasn't bad, it was clean and very relaxing. But they didnt keep pool towels stocked. Breakfast selection was decent as well. I would not stay there again.
