Upon our arrival we discovered the room we had been guaranteed was going to be available had been given away even though we had called and were guaranteed we were getting the room we asked for. We were made to be put in a significatntly smaller and had to squeeze all 6 of us into a smaller room than we paid for

Everything was great! This is my second time at this hotel and it has been nothing but great. Only problem I had was one of the towels had a stain. It was folded in a way where the cleaning staff could easily see the and and very visible when folded.

We really liked this hotel for our family but they have started charging for breakfast even though it says it’s included in your stay so that was a bit inconvenient.
