Waited over 20 minutes to get checked in. My husband was waiting at the front desk and I was calling… no one to be found or answering the phone. Finally, the girl came out of the back with a guy who didn’t even look like he worked there. Not sure what they was *doing* in the back for so long. Got checked in and everything was fine.
