There were no USB plugs in rooms only in lobby. This was very inconvenient for us. Beds were just a little to firm. Comfortable but to firm for several of us in the room. Pillows went flat as soon as you layed your head on it. Pillows need a little more firmness/thickness.

The location was perfect, and the hotel staff was excellent—very helpful during the water outage and incredibly accommodating when I needed to switch to an accessible room. They even went as far as allowing me to view the room beforehand. Truly outstanding service.

Had no hot water for 3 of the 4 days we were there. Also had no room cleaning any of the days we were there. Parking was convenient, that's about the only positive. Definitely won't be staying here again.
